Is it now time Brighton and Hove Council gave some serious thought to the mounting refuse problem?
It seems to me the council has given up all responsibility for the cleanliness of Brighton and is quite happy the town becomes its own waste tip. More refuse collectors and two collections a week seems a good start. How about it?
