I sympathise with artist Kevin Hayler, forbidden by Brighton and Hove Council to sell his paintings on the street.
If only the council could act with such diligence to clear the rubbish strewn about the town. And I would be interested to know the last time a cyclist riding dangerously on the pavement received similar treatment to Mr Hayler.
