I was overwhelmed and privileged to be invited to the Queen Mother's tribute at Horse Guards on, to join in the celebration of her 100th birthday.
It was absolutely fantastic and she looked wonderful, dressed in pink. It was also amazing how long she was standing for, especially when the V.C. holders went past in the 12 Rolls Royces.
We had a bomb scare in the mall which held us up for a couple of hours but it was well worth the wait.
