BRITISH Transport Police have charged a man with two counts of rape of a teenage boy on an Eastbourne to Victoria train.
Rashid Musa, a 21-year-old Kenyan, living in Stockwell, London, has also been charged with robbery and unlawful imprisonment. Musa is alleged to have attacked a 16-year-old boy from Haywards Heath on February 7. Musa appeared before Horseferry Road Magistrates' Court yesterday and was remanded in custody until April 20.
