I recently attended the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath for a day-long procedure in Ansty ward, having been referred from the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
I have nothing but praise for all the staff, from reception to the nurses, doctors, anaesthetist and my surgeon. Ansty ward was cleaned scrupulously several times during my stay and the food was adequate and nicely cooked. Even the person serving me was cheerful and seemed happy in her work.
What an absolute joy it was to be treated in such a way. I left feeling all was right with the world.
My very grateful thanks to you all.
God forbid I should need to go into hospital again, I only hope I will be taken to a hospital as wonderful as the Princess Royal.
