At last, we have new loos at Brighton Station. I am sure people won't mind paying 20p to "spend a penny" in such nice surroundings.
When visiting Victoria Coach Station in London, I have always paid 20p to visit the loos and although clean, they couldn't be called luxurious by any means.
Also, if there are uniformed attendants in the new loos, someone has to pay for them...
