As I am sure you are aware, there is a MiniMoto boom in Brighton. However, there is no allocated area for children to safely use their bikes or scooters.
My eight-year-old son received a MiniMoto for his birthday.
I took him to Stammer Park to ride his bike and was approached by a police officer who explained that we were breaking the law.
As a result, he has not been able to ride his bike since.
I hope you can highlight the situation and maybe the council can come up with a suitable location for the children to ride safely.
