Having visited Hove Town Hall to see the model of the King Alfred development, I am more certain than ever the whole idea is a joke.
The "homes" look similar to army barrack blocks. They look so terrible, the minuscule figures have fallen down in shock.
If Brighton and Hove wants this building, let it put it at Black Rock.
