Once again, an interesting Art Deco building, Medina House, in Kingsway, Hove, is to be ripped down and replaced with an ugly block of flats.
Why can't it be preserved and renovated?
Hove is becoming full of depressing blocks of flats. Who in the city's planning department allows this to continue unabated? Oh, to be still separate from Brighton.
Surely Hove's residents should have a say in these inappropriate building works.
