On November 22, a public inquiry is scheduled to begin in Worthing into the proposed development of 90-plus houses on the land immediately north of the cul-de-sac, Beeches Avenue.
Readers are asked to support Beeches Action Group (BAG) in its efforts to prevent such a development encroaching on the South Downs.
If such a development were allowed, and one with no additional access provided for, it would create a precedent.
And if this were to happen, it would make it more difficult to stop further piecemeal development within the buffer zone between the urban area and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Please come and support BAG at the inquiry, which will be held at The Richmond Room, Stoke Abbott Road, Worthing.
