This great live band combine music, dance and film projection as they play out the story of their evil manager Max von Weiner and his chaotic attempt to settle his gambling debts.
Known for their experimental dance, music and array of props and costume changes, The Las Vegas Mermaids consists of David Bailes, Fay Greenhalgh and Carl Anderson. Bailes has played with Hawkwind and Arthur Brown, while Greenhalgh is a music hall-style producer and sings with Herbie Flowers. Anderson is better known for his tussle with Hugh Grant in the fight scene at the fountains in Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason (he was the bloke who said "Oi").
Starts 8pm. Tickets cost £6/£5. Call 07782 278 521.
