Police are backing a scheme to ensure late night revellers get home from pubs and clubs safely in the run up to Christmas.
The Safer Hastings Partnership is running a night bus on Fridays and Saturdays for the second consecutive year for £1.
The service, operated by Stagecoach, starts tomorrow and runs until December 23.
The company will be operating two routes, one westbound to Hollington and another eastbound to Ore.
Both will pick up from Havelock Road and will follow the routes 20(A) and 22(A).
There will be a police presence on each bus.
Sergeant Alan Gates, of Hastings Police, said: "This operation was a success last year in getting people out of the town centre and home quickly and safely.
"Not only are the buses taking the same routes as before but the price has been kept the same.
"We hope many people will make use of the scheme and have a happy and safe Christmas."
The buses will run every half hour from 11.30pm to 2.30am on Friday and Saturday nights.
