As I understand it, to operate efficiently, an incinerator must run continuously at maximum capacity.
Therefore, if the amount of rubbish recycled increases, where would the extra fuel for an incinerator come from? It would probably be shipped in from other parts of the UK and Europe.
Its quay is what makes Newhaven the ideal site, as far as Onyx is concerned.
