I am severely disabled and hoped, with help, to go shopping at Tesco in Dyke Road, Brighton, one morning recently.
I was taken to the shop's entrance but it was chaotic and completely blocked by schoolchildren.
The manager of the shop should have cleared the entrance. We were forced to drive away and shop elsewhere.
