Watching the attempted rescue of the Thames whale did something to restore my faith in human nature.
Although the rescue bid was in vain, I hope this wonderful mammal's death was not.
Look upon her being an envoy for her species. Although her time in the ocean was through, let us all campaign to save these mystic creatures we know so little about.
We should try to persuade countries such as Norway and Japan to stop whaling.
