A town's renaissance is set to begin as councillors have voted to adopt a re-development plan.
The Strategy for Shoreham Renaissance was approved last night by Adur District Council.
The proposal includes plans for new homes in the town centre, changes to car parking and leisure developments over the next ten to 15 years.
Parts of the scheme must also be approved by West Sussex County Council.
