Celebrity Big Brother housemate and US basketball star Dennis Rodman may end up playing for the Brighton Bears.
The Argus Sport today reveals the intense negotiations going on while the former NBA star has been inside the BB house.
Last night, Rodman was the fifth person to be thrown out of the Celebrity Big Brother house in a surprise eviction.
The Brighton Bears basketball team are hoping to sign Rodman today following his departure from the reality television show.
In his post-eviction interview, Dennis, who received 23.5 per cent of the viewers' votes, spoke of his bafflement at UK ideas about celebrity.
Asked if he was upset to have been evicted, he said: "Honestly? No, not really. It's a game, it's a show. Just because I'm evicted from the house I'm still a star."
Respect MP George Galloway was the fourth person to be voted out of the house in the first of the two evictions last night.
He was evicted after a spectacular falling-out with fellow housemates in which he hurled insults at Worthing contestant Preston, of The Ordinary Boys, Chantelle and Michael Barrymore.
