It is annoying enough knowing Brighton and Hove has one of the highest rates of parking fines administered to local motorists in the country.
Therefore it is infuriating to see wardens employed to enforce no-parking regulations openly park on double yellow lines while they pop into the local newsagent at lunchtime, as I witnessed today.
