Developers plan to revive a once-thriving business area and provide new jobs.
The area once used by Marlow Ropes in Hailsham will be transformed into a business park, warehouses and a car showroom under plans drawn up by Quadrant and Helical.
The developers have joined forces to buy the site and intend to submit a planning application for the work later this month.
