Of course it is pointless to spend vast sums of our money on bus lanes then allow motorists to block them.
However, we need to be very careful as to the extent cameras are used to raise money through fines.
With the introduction of ID cards imminent, enabling face recognition, how long will it be before pedestrians are being fined for straying into cycle lanes?
