In this year's budget, the Chancellor is sending confusing mixed messages.

On one hand, the Government states Britain needs a flexible workforce to compete worldwide.

Which means in reality workers accepting temporary, lower-paid work. In the next speech, Government will again state they would like to see workers stay in jobs to be able to make their own long-term financial provision for their old age.

How can we workers do this if we are in and out of work every few months?

I wish they would make up their minds.
