I read with great delight about the revised application for the new development at the marina.
Not only will it provide an iconic building and homes for local workers but it will also create more than 100 permanent jobs and add to the reasons for people to visit and spend money in Brighton and Hove.
It will provide a much-needed boost for the whole of the marina which has become just a local entertainment centre.
The proposed development (the viewing gallery and the swing bridge) will bring new people to Brighton and Hove.
We should be proud of the city and support this project. We should say yes to this £235 million investment.
