Sitting in a cafe opposite a small street of about 50 houses yesterday, I began to wonder how they could possibly consume the £60,000 pa worth of services Brighton and Hove City Council supply, paid for by their council tax.
Given this perspective, I can't help thinking the financial resources provided by our council tax are not put to efficient use.
