A concert by pop band The Kooks on Hastings Pier has been rearranged.
The Brighton-based quartet were due to perform at Hastings Pier Ballroom on August 18 but had to find a new venue when the pier was closed this week because of structural problems.
The band will perform at the Winter Gardens in Eastbourne instead. Eastbourne Theatres' artistic director Chris Jordan said: "When we heard about the problems with Hastings we were happy to help. After all the show must go on."
Original tickets for the Hastings gig, which sold out, will be valid for the Winter Gardens. No further tickets will be available.
Conrad Murray, from SMJ Concerts, said: "For those who don't wish to travel to Eastbourne, refunds may be obtained from the point of purchase."
