Former world boxing champion Chris Eubank is facing prosecution for careless driving and failing to stop after an accident.
Eubank, 39, is being prosecuted after an alleged accident last November, The case was listed at Brighton Magistrates Court but he failed to appear. The court was told it was likely he had not yet been informed of the legal proceedings.
The address given for Eubank was Upper Drive, Hove, where he no longer lives. The hearing was adjourned until Tuesday. If he fails to attend, a warrant is likely to be issued for his arrest.
