A little more than a year ago, I attended the Royal Sussex County Eye Hospital where I underwent a macular hole eye operation under the care of Mr Casswell and his team of opthalmic consultants and staff, who are all very caring and dedicated people.
They were superb throughout the operation and I cannot thank them enough. I have recently had a follow-up cataract operation on the same eye, carried out by Mr Casswell and his team and, again, they were brilliant throughout.
They are all so professional an always have the patient's concern at heart. Well done to Brighton's Royal Sussex County Hospital and, in particular, to all who work in the eye department.
