I remember the roads melting when I was a kid. We thought it was fun playing with the tar until it was all over us. I grew up in Mile Oak and remember hot summers and snow in the winter.
Now I live in northern Idaho where there are lots of lakes and mountains - good for tourists but, for locals, it is better to stay home.
