Any visitor to Hove might think they are in the back streets of Calcutta rather than a seaside town.
For a reason known only to Cityclean, rubbish is collected on Fridays and the roads are swept on Thursdays, leaving any Friday spillage to wait a week to be cleared up. This seems to be gross incompetence or bad planning.
I don't know when St Aubyns was last cleaned, as most of the drains are blocked with brown compacted leaves and other rubbish.
Come on, Cityclean, do the job you are paid for.
