I am not a daily Argus reader but I have always thought it odd I have never seen anything in the paper about the state of the seafront before.
Even more odd to live in a city where no single councillor has ever been on the seafront at 7am on a summer's morning.
If they had, they would, of course, have registered the inadequate bins and the stinking mass of litter strewn everywhere and sorted it out years ago.
