Congratulations to the Celebrating Age Steering Group and Brighton and Hove City Council for organizing the vibrant exhibition "50 Artists Over 50" at the University of Brighton Gallery on Grand Parade.
How amazing 1,800 entries should have been received for this first national open art exhibition for artists over 50.
Can we be assured a generous proportion of the entrance fee money will now be used to help fund local arts initiatives and not only for the over-50s? The aged have learned a lot over the years about sharing.
