I was shocked to see the photograph in The Argus of members of the 30th Brighton Scout Group standing and sitting on the Chattri (The Argus, May 12).
As the piece says, the Chattri is the Indian war memorial. Would the Scout leaders have allowed the young people to treat the war memorial in the Old Steine so disrespectfully?
