I live off Lewes Road, Brighton, and will firmly support the gardeners stand to stop the building of yet more stores (The Argus, June 21).
The garden is literally a breath of fresh air, and is well maintained and supported. It is so nice to see all walks of life using the beautiful space, from the elderly to the kids, and even our furry friends.
At no cost to the tax payer, this little venture has brightened the lives of many people. We need more little havens like this, before everything gets paved over and built on.
