A teenage girl was sexually assaulted in broad daylight as she waited for a bus.
The 17-year old was waiting for a bus in Broadfield Drive, Crawley just after 4.30pm on Friday July 30 when she was approached by a man who had just got off the No 1 bus.
The man, who appeared drunk, made unpleasant remarks to the girl and then grabbed her before she was able to make an escape on the bus.
The girl was badly shaken and distressed, but unhurt following the incident.
Police are looking to speak to a man who matches the description of the Asian suspect, believed to be in his forties and chubby with discoloured teeth.
The man was wearing a creamy zip up jumper, blue jeans, a creamy baseball cap and carrying a white carrier bag containing family photos.
Anyone who witnessed the attack or can suggest who the man is, should contact Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999, quoting Serial 1346 of 30 July.
