Bill Arnold emails: “I have been looking for my brother for a number of years now, with no success. His name is (Ted) Edward Frederick George Arnold. He turned 62 on July 28 and has lived rough in Brighton for at least 30 years. He is 5ft 6in in height.
“I am his only brother and we were brought up in Wordsworth Street, Hove.
