When it comes to confessional stand-up it’s hard to think of another performer as happy to send herself up as Zoe Lyons.

In the course of her hour-long show the Brighton favourite admitted to waking herself up on a packed commuter train by passing gas, having to burn wood termites out of her bottom with diesel and a hugely embarrassing incident on a nudist beach.

This honest approach made her an endearing performer, with the title of the show referring to a mortifying incident on Glastonbury Tor with a group of Kate Bush fans and a supply of magic fudge.

She was not afraid to admit her idea of a great night was sitting on the sofa with her girlfriend in their individual Snuggies watching a documentary about coma victims.

And when she admitted that rather than having an inner goddess she probably had an inner serial killer, the audience was with her all the way.

The show was augmented by a great physical performance – including an unforgettable impression of a snake.

And there were plenty of local references too, from the amazing town planning that placed a nudist beach next to a tourist railway, to the experiences of somebody left behind on the Naked Bike Ride.
