A sex pest has been warned he faces prison for outraging public decency yet again.
Peter Cort has a string of convictions for indecent acts in public.
He was jailed for three years after he exposed himself at a teenage tennis tournament in 2003 and was also given two years for gross indecency with a child in 2000.
The 44-year-old of Carnegie Road, Worthing, was due to be sentenced at Brighton Crown Court yesterday after he admitted committing an indecent act on a train from Brighton on December 30, last year.
But the court was adjourned until March 13 for a pre-sentence report.
Judge Paul Tain warned:: βHe is entitled to a report but I cannot see him getting anything other than a custodial sentence in the real world.β
