A man has been banned from an area of Eastbourne after repeatedly breaching his second ASBO.
Miles Holmes, 24, of Willowfield Road, Eastbourne, was yesterday handed his third anti-social behaviour order.
It will last two years and include conditions not to enter the area of Langney Shopping Centre or act in an anti-social manner.
Eastbourne ASBO Coordinator, PC Ginny Jupp said: "This is the third anti social behaviour order the courts have placed on Holmes following numerous convictions for causing local residents alarm and distress.
"This third order underlines the committment from both Sussex Police and the courts to tackle anti social behaviour which causes Eastbourne residents such misery. However such action is only possible with the support of the community by giving information and evidence to the police."
Contact Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 if you see Miles Holmes in breach of his ASBO or wish to report any other incidents of anti social behaviour.
