Going to work on Wednesday morning, I joined heavy traffic along the A259 at the top of the last hill before the Rottingdean junction.
The cars in front of me soon started pulling into the bus lane as the stationary traffic backed up the hill to allow those turning right at the upcoming junction free passage. These “considerate” actions by drivers eventually completely blocked the bus lane to the top of the hill.
I think Brighton and Hove City Council is missing a massive opportunity to impose fines on these considerate motorists.
