Two armed robbers “emulated gangster culture” in a series of gunpoint robberies.
Jordan Hookway, 18, and Thomas Walsh, 23, threatened their victims with a “very real” looking imitation firearm.
Yesterday the pair, whose victims included a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old, were jailed for five years each.
They both pleaded guilty to one count of attempted robbery, two actual robberies and for possession of an imitation firearm.
Hookway, of Crowhurst Lane, Bexhill and Walsh, of Quebec Close, Bexhill, carried out the three robberies on September 25 last year.
