Cannabis plants with a potential street value of £18,000 were on a farm.
The 450 plants were discovered in outbuildings at 9.30am on Sunday in Down Street, Nutley, near Uckfield.
The plants were at various stages of cultivation.
Two men, aged 60 and 34, and a woman aged 58 were arrested at the address on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis. The two men have been bailed until April 18 and the woman is currently still in custody.
Chief Inspector Dick Coates said: "This was yet another example of intelligence-led policing which provided us with three arrests. It shows our on-going commitment to reducing drug-related crime and disrupting those involved in it.
“Wealden remains a safe place to live, work and visit and by removing drugs from our streets I aim for that to continue."
