I OPENED the front door to go to work yesterday morning and found a book on the doorstep.
I love a good read and the opportunity to try something new that I wouldn’t necessarily choose myself.
My son is also looking forward to choosing a book with which to spend his World Book Day token given out at school.
Books offer a great opportunity to experience an alternative reality and explore ideas.
Thank you to the people of World Book Day for encouraging us to make extra time for ourselves.
