Spitfires will take to the skies today to honour the arrival of a member of the Royal Family.
Princess Anne will be visiting the Blond McIndoe Research foundation in East Grinstead to take part in the charity’s 50th birthday celebrations.
The Queen’s daughter is patron of the cosmetic surgery charity in East Grinstead which was set up after the Battle of Britain to help pilots who had been badly burned.
Princess Anne will also be visiting the new citizens advice services the Hub in Uckfield and open the new £120million Sussex Coast College in Hastings.
