I’M WRITING about the verdict for the Mears brothers (The Argus, March 19). A previously reported case involved a man prosecuted for fly tipping. He received two years in prison for this.
The Mears brothers were convicted on eight counts, but the punishment received was six weeks for each count. Justice? I dont think so.
They will probably not complete their sentences, when time can be taken off for good behaviour.
