The car of a man who has been missing for more than 24 hours has been spotted in Sussex.
Martin Ball, 34, was last seen by his mother at his home in Ludlow Close, Frimley, Surrey, at 8.30am yesterday.
He left the house in a bronze Honda Civic, registration number LR57MPF. The car, which can look black in some lights, was captured on Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras on the A281 in Horsham at about 7.30pm yesterday.
Mr Ball is white, 5ft 9, medium build, with short brown hair and hazel eyes.
Sergeant Chris Rambour, of the Missing Persons Unit, said: “This is completely out of character for Mr Ball and is therefore of concern to ourselves and his family. We would appeal to anyone who may have seen Mr Ball, or a vehicle matching the description given, to contact Surrey Police urgently on 0845 1252222, quoting reference M/11/345.
“Similarly I would ask Mr Ball himself to call us so we can ensure he is safe and well.”
Information can also be passed to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
