A former investment banker has turned shopkeeper.
Jason Hurwitz is refurbishing a derelict antiques auction house in Upper Gardner Street, Brighton, to create a new local food store and restaurant.
His store, Thorne’s Foods, will bring quality local produce into the heart of the city.
It will sell fresh, local ingredients and fine foods made in Sussex and the surrounding area.
