A woman has died after the car she was travelling in crashed into a wall.
The incident happened at the junction of Canute Road and Fairlight Avenue, Hastings, at about 11.30am on Saturday.
The 81-year-old driver and his wife, aged 78, both from Hastings, who were travelling in the blue VW Polo, were taken to the Conquest Hospital, St Leonards.
The driver of the car survived but the woman died a short while later.
