A 29-year-old man accused of creeping into a woman’s flat before sexually assaulting her has been remanded in custody.
Napindi Palu appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged two counts of sexual assault and one count of trespassing.
The woman, in her 60s, was assaulted in Varndean Road, Brighton, during the early hours of last Wednesday.
Palu, 29, of Thurtle Road, Bethnal Green, London, remanded Palu in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on July 22.
