I AM unhappy and shocked at the speed with which planning permission was given for the Brighton Wheel.
What about the rights of residents who have paid a premium for their seafront location, only to be disregarded by the local authorities?
It’s unnecessary for it to be located next to the Palace Pier – it could be put further along near Peter Pan’s playground where it won’t overlook residents’ homes and have plenty of space for queuing. I object!
