Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault on a 23-year-old woman.
The incident took place in Pevensey Road, Eastbourne, in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The woman received a serious cut to her forehead in the incident around 12.30am. Any witnesses are asked to call 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 53 of 08/05.
Two women, aged 20 and 21, from Polegate, were arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and later bailed until June 12.
