A 16-year-old boy is fighting for his life in hospital after his moped collided with a car.
Police were called to Tower Road, Lancing, at about 6.45pm yesterday after the crash.
The boy, from Worthing, suffered a serious head injury and was taken to Worthing Hospital. He has since been transferred to Hurstwood Park Neurological Unit in Haywards Heath.
The driver of the red Rover car, a Lancing man in his 20s, was uninjured.
